I am unable to transact with a digital service. What should I do now?
If you are unable to access a digital service, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Verify Authorisation:
Log in to the Corppass Portal.
Navigate to My Account on the menu bar.
Select My Profile > Assigned Services tab.
Contact the Agency:
If you are authorised and still unable to access the digital service, please contact the respective agency. Inform them that you are authorised in Corppass but are receiving an access denied message.
If you are not authorised in Corppass, please contact the admin or sub-admin of your entity to request authorisation for the respective digital service.
