My entity's users have Corppass account but are not able to access digital services. What should I do?

If users with active Corppass accounts are unable to access digital services, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Verify Digital Service Assignment:

    • Log in to the Corppass Portal.

    • Go to e-Service on the menu bar.

    • Select Entity's e-Services and choose the digital services your entity transacts with. If the e-Service is already selected and there is no checkbox available, you can skip this step.

    • You can search for specific digital services by name or filter by agency.

  2. Assign Digital Services:

    • Search and select the user(s) who need access.

    • From the list of your entity’s digital services, choose the specific services to assign to the selected users.

  3. Sub-Admin Access:

    • Note that Sub-Admins with restricted access can only set up and assign digital services within their Assignment Profile.

  4. Additional Details:

    • After assigning digital service access, some digital services might require additional details to be provided for full functionality.
