My organisation/company's Registered Officer (RO) is an entity, rather than a person. How should I seek approval for my Corppass Admin application?

Visit the Corppass Portal > Services > Register for Corppass.

If your organisation's Registered Officer (RO) is listed as another organisation/entity, you will need to seek approval from that organisation's RO for your Corppass Admin application.
(If that organisation also has another organisation as its RO, continue this process up the chain until you reach an individual who serves as an RO. You should seek approval from this person.)

As part of the Corppass Admin application process, Corppass will detect whether the applicant organisation has any individual. If not, Corppass will automatically funnel the applicant to the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) process.

As part of the LOA process, the applicant will need to:

  1. Complete the LOA form, indicating the parent entity's RO as the Approver, and obtain his/her signature.

  2. Upload the LOA form along with the following supporting documents:

    • A recent copy of your company's ACRA BizFile document and the parent company's ACRA BizFile document, dated within three months of the application date.

    • A copy of the RO's identity document (e.g., NRIC or FIN).

You can download the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) form here.
