What is the support given if a student encounters technical problems?
There will be In-class Cyber Innovation Ambassadors who will be briefed on troubleshooting common ICT issues. More complex issues will be referred to the in-house service desk at the Media Resource Room which is manned daily by Desktop Engineers for students from 8am-4pm. Further issues can be referred to Lenovo Service Centre at 3 Irving Road, #01-17 Tai Seng Centre, Singapore 369522.
