The device replacement will only be of the same model as the insurance covers the model
'Lenovo 500e Gen3' for 2023 level 1 and 'Lenovo 500e Gen2’ for 2023 level 2 to 4 and not
the category of chromebooks.
What happens if the device is stolen / lost and will the replacement be of the same or a different model?
