If you recently obtained a Singpass account and want to transfer your UA registration from your UAPass account to your new Singpass account, CAAS can help you migrate your registration.

Step 1: Submit your transfer request

Go to the official CAAS form at https://go.gov.sg/updateuastatus.

Fill in all required fields with your personal details.

Step 2: Wait for CAAS to process your request

Processing time: 5 working days

You will be notified via email.

What happens next

Once CAAS completes the transfer, all your registered UA will be moved to your Singpass account.

Your UAPass account will be de-activated. You can log in to the UA Portal using your Singpass.
