If you recently replaced your FIN (Foreign Identification Number) with an NRIC (National Registration Identity Card) but cannot log in to the UA Portal to view your registered unmanned aircraft (UA), you can get your account updated.

Step 1: Submit your update request

Go to the official CAAS form at https://go.gov.sg/updateuastatus.

Fill in all required fields with your personal details.

Step 2: Wait for CAAS to process your request

Processing time: 5 working days

You will be notified via email.

What happens next

Once CAAS completes the update, your UA Portal account will be linked to your new NRIC. You can log in using your current Singpass account.

UA previously registered under your old FIN will also be moved to your updated account.
