If you no longer have access to your Singpass account, you can still de-register your UA.

Step 1: Submit your de-registration request

Go to the official CAAS form at https://go.gov.sg/updateuastatus.

Fill in all required fields with your personal details.

Step 2: Wait for CAAS to process your request

Processing time: 5 working days

You will be notified via email.

What happens next

Once CAAS approves your request, your UA will be officially de-registered.
