How do I obtain an English Language Proficiency endorsement for Flight Crew Licensing (FCL)?

If you do not have the English Language Proficiency endorsement in your Singapore licence, you will have to undergo an English Language Screening for Level 6 proficiency, or undergo a formal Aviation English Competency Test (AECT).
