How is the English Language Screening conducted for Flight Crew Licensing (FCL)?

The English Language Screening is conducted by CAAS-authorised language screeners within the air operators, approved Aviation Training Organisations, and flying clubs in Singapore.

If you are assessed to be below the required language proficiency level, you will be required to undergo the Aviation English Competency Test (AECT).
