How do I apply for a Design Organisation Approval (DOA) or Production Organisation Approval (POA)?

You may apply for a Singapore Airworthiness Requirement Part 21 (SAR-21) DOA or POA through CAAS’ Enterprise Safety Oversight System (eSOMS) portal. Information on the conditions and requirements for the respective applications can be found on the eSOMS portal as well.
