A permit from CAAS is not required for the carriage of munitions of war (sporting weapons and ammunitions) by passengers in baggage.
However, if you wish to carry weapons and ammunitions to or from Singapore in checked baggage, you should seek authorisation from the Police Licensing and Regulatory Department of the Singapore Police Force. You may refer to the Singapore Police Force website for more information.
