A permit is not required for the carriage of munitions of war on a civil aircraft to or from Singapore. However, a permit is required for the carriage of dangerous goods transported as cargo. If the munitions of war that are classified as dangerous goods are intended to be transported as cargo, airlines must apply for a Dangerous Goods Permit from CAAS.
