When can a referral be withdrawn / rejected?
I would like to know which users are able to withdraw / reject a referral and at what stage (status) are they able to do so!
You may refer to the matrix below! Please note that being a contributor will not grant you the right to withdraw / reject a referral. You will need to be the RS or the assigned OIC in order to withdraw / reject a referral.
