- MyActiveSG+ will continue to maintain a hybrid approach for facility bookings. This includes the balloting feature for peak-hour bookings for courts and fields, while off-peak slots remain first-come-first-served.
What is happening to the current ActiveSG web and mobile booking application (“ActiveSG app”)?
Sport Singapore (“SportSG”) will be phasing out the existing ActiveSG web and mobile booking application (“ActiveSG app”) to a refreshed web-based platform, the MyActiveSG+, starting from June. This move will take place progressively. The existing ActiveSG app will be discontinued on 1 October.What features will be impacted by the move from the ActiveSG app to MyActiveSG+?

ActiveSG members should take note of the following dates and how key features, such as payment methods, bookings, and schemes and passes, will be impacted over the next few months:
From 15 May:
a. MyCash: Members will no longer be able to top up their MyCash balance from 15 May, but may continue to utilise their MyCash balance to pay for bookings or purchases with merchant partners until 14 August.From 15 to 30 June:
a. ActiveSG Credits: From 15 to 30 June, members’ ActiveSG Credits will be migrated in batches to MyActiveSG+. Members will be able to use their credits on MyActiveSG+ by 1 July.
b. Members will no longer be able to use ActiveSG Credits on the ActiveSG app once it appears on MyActiveSG+.
c. During this time, users of the ActiveSG app may continue to make payments online via credit/debit cards or Active Wallet. Alternatively, members can also go down to the Sports Centres to pay using NETS, PayNow and credit/debit cards.
From 15 June to 31 August:
a. Members who login to MyActiveSG+ will receive a one-time top up of $10 ActiveSG Anniversary Credits to be used on the MyActiveSG+ only.From 15 July:
a. Facility Booking: Members who wish to make bookings for facilities (courts, fields, etc.) regardless of date of use can do so on MyActiveSG+. The Facility Booking feature will no longer be available for use on the ActiveSG app thereafter.
b. Programme Booking: Programmes starting from 15 July onwards will be available for booking 14 days in advance from 1 July on MyActiveSG+. Programmes commencing before 15 July will continue to be available for booking on the ActiveSG app.
From 15 August:
a. MyCash: The last day of MyCash utilisation on the ActiveSG app is 14 August. Members will receive their refunds for unused MyCash balance via their PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by 31 August.
b. MyActiveSwimTM and MyActiveGymTM Schemes, Day Entry Passes: The last day of utilisation for pool and gym passes purchased via the ActiveSG app is 14 August. Members will receive refunds for unused passes via their PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by mid-September. The refund amount for schemes will be prorated accordingly, while a full refund will be provided for unused day passes. Members who wish to purchase new passes can do so on MyActiveSG+ from 15 August.
What will happen to the existing ActiveSG app after 15 August?
The ActiveSG mobile app will continue to be available for members to view their transaction history till end-September, and book ongoing programmes that commenced before 15 July.
