When your programme is cancelled by the organiser, your refund will typically be processed within 5 working days.

Once the refund is approved, you will receive an SMS confirming the refund details and amount. Do note that the cash portion of your refund will be returned via the original mode of payment, and may take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your account. The ActiveSG credit portion of the refund will immediately be credited to your MyActiveSG+ account.
