I have tried to ballot for ActiveSG facilities multiple times but have been unsuccessful so far. Does this constitute as a transaction?
A transaction is defined as a successful booking of ActiveSG programme or usage of facility (regardless of whether they are free) through MyActiveSG+. Unsuccessful ballots would not count as a transaction. We encourage all members to log in early to MyActiveSG+ and use their credits. Members can log in to MyActiveSG+ to discover the wide range of ActiveSG programmes, interest groups and facilities for different ages and interests.
