Unsuccessful ballots would not count as a transaction, and do not roll over your credits. A transaction is defined as a successful facility booking, programme registration or pass purchase that uses cash or ActiveSG credits. Usage of senior citizens' free entry to gyms and swimming pools will also roll over unused credits.
