Yes, your credits will expire on 31 Dec 2026 if you have not made a transaction in 2026.

Before 31 Dec 2026, make a transaction for any of these:

• A paid facility booking

• A paid programme

• A paid pool or gym pass

• For Seniors (Singaporean) above 65, any free entry to pools and gyms

Once done, we’ll extend your credits to 31 Dec 2027.

How do I extend my child’s credits?

To extend them, make a paid transaction for that child before 31 Dec 2026. Once it’s paid, we’ll extend that child’s credits to 31 Dec 2027.

If you have more than one child, make a transaction for each of them. A booking for one child won’t extend credits for your other children.

• Facility booking: Pick the child you’re booking for.

  

• Programme: Pick your child when signing up for a programme for them.

  

• Pool pass: Pick a child pass, and indicate that you would like to use your child’s credits. You will only get this option if your child still has credits left.

  

  

• Gym pass: Your child has to be 12 years old and above before you can assign a gym pass to their account.

  

  

If I make a booking for my child, will my own credits be extended?

No. Only the person the booking, programme or pass is for gets their credits extended. To extend your own credits, make a paid transaction for yourself.

How do I check my child’s credits?

Go to [Menu > Linked accounts] in MyActiveSG+ and select your child to see their balance.
