I can see my child’s booking but I can’t make any changes to it. Why?
Only the parent who booked or balloted on behalf of the child can edit and manage the booking, including:
Receiving ballot result notifications via SMS and/or email
Cancelling pending ballots
Paying for a successful ballot
If your child has bookings or ballots made by another parent, you can still view your child's:
Pending ballots
Ballot results
Upcoming bookings
