I did not receive an SMS and/or email notification for my child's booking or ballot. Why?
Only the parent who booked or balloted on behalf of a child will receive an SMS and/or email notification. However, the other parent of the child can still log in to their MyActiveSG+ account to view their child's:
Pending ballots
Ballot results
Upcoming bookings
