First, link your child under Linked accounts in the Menu.

Once you’ve linked and bought passes for them, your child can enter the gym or pool in a few ways:

• If scanners are available, they can 1) scan the QR code on their pass in MyActiveSG+; 2) scan a screenshot of the QR code; or 3) scan their student pass.

• If scanners are not available, they can either 1) show the live pass on MyActiveSG+ to staff; or 2) approach staff with their student pass for manual verification.
