I have a valid pass. How do I enter the pool or gym if I did not bring my mobile phone?

If scanners are available, scan the barcode on your physical ID card (NRIC, driver's licence, PAssion card, student pass) instead.

If scanners are not available, approach our staff for manual verification of your ID.
