How do children and seniors without mobile devices enter the swimming complex?

You can purchase child or senior single-entry swim passes for them on MyActiveSG+ on the day of use. Passes are valid only for the day of purchase. If the senior is a Singapore citizen 65 years old and above, they will be able to enter for free with their NRIC or physical ID. You will not need to purchase a pass for them. 

If you are present, you can simply show the correct passes live on MyActiveSG+ to pool staff for their entry. If you are not present, they will still be able to enter in the following ways:

  • Children linked to your MyActiveSG+ account may enter using their school pass card

  • Both seniors and children, linked and unlinked, can share your mobile or NRIC number with pool staff for verification instead. The mobile or NRIC number shared must belong to the person who bought the pass.
