Why aren’t all my remaining credits being deducted for my transaction?
There is a minimum spend of $0.50 to use our payment provider Stripe. If the balance payment after deducting all your ActiveSG credits is less than $0.50, we will adjust the cash payment to be $0.50 and remainder to be paid by your ActiveSG credits.
For example:
Your credits balance: ActiveSG$9.80
Cost of item = S$10.00
ActiveSG$ deduction = - $9.50
Payment due = S$0.50
