All peak hour slots open for balloting 14 days in advance at 12 midnight. You will have till 11:59 pm on the same day to place your ballot, with results sent the next day.

Unassigned ballot slots will be released for booking on a first-come, first-served basis 12 days in advance at 12 noon.

Peak hours refer to: 

- Mondays to Fridays, 6 to 10 pm

- Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays, 7 am to 10 pm
