You can access the Student Details Form (SDF) portal (https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf) throughout the school term using your Singpass account to update your son’s address.

If you are unable to access the SDF portal, please complete the change of address form which is available at the school website https://www.acspri.moe.edu.sg/for-parents/admin-matters/forms/ and submit to school via school generic email (acps@moe.edu.sg) together with a copy of either parent’s NRIC showing the updated address.
