My child's details in Parents Gateway are missing or incorrect. What should I do?

Parents will need to write to the school at acps@moe.edu.sg to update his/her particulars in the MOE School Records System. Please note that the school may require certain documents for the necessary verification.
2) How do I update my contact details in Parents Gateway app?
Step 1: Log in to Parents Gateway
Step 2: Go to 'Profile' > 'Edit contact details'
Step 3: Update the contact details (Note: at least 1 telephone number must be indicated) > Tap on 'Save'
