- From past years’ registration pattern, there are always more applicants than places available at Phase 2B in ACS (Primary). This is the phase where Methodist Church members and active community leaders are registering. Thus, many were balloted out at this phase of registration. As it is not good to have parents who serve the school for 40 hours and having to go through the balloting process, the school has decided not to have parent volunteers before the child is admitted to the school.
What are the chances of transferring my child to ACS (Primary) and how can I do so?
Parents can apply for the child to be put in the wait list found at this link. As movement of student is very minimal, vacancies are hard to come by. School will keep the wait list for the following year if parents are not contacted and there is no necessity to re-submit the application yearly. If there is any update on the child’s record, parents can email the school.

How do I find out on the vacancy situation and balloting information during P1 Registration Exercise?
Information on the number of available vacancies and applicants for relevant phases of the P1 registration will be made available on the MOE P1 website at https://www.moe.gov.sg/primary/p1-registration/vacancies-and-balloting. This information will be updated at the end of each registration day, except for the last day of registration. However, such statistics should not be taken as final during the exercise due to its dynamic nature as parents can withdraw and make changes throughout the registration period.
How can I update my son’s home address?
Please complete the change of address form which is available at the school website https://www.acspri.moe.edu.sg/for-parents/admin-matters/forms/ and submit to school via school generic email (acps@moe.edu.sg) together with a copy of either parent’s NRIC showing the updated address.
My child's details in Parents Gateway are missing or incorrect. What should I do?
Parents will need to write to the school at acps@moe.edu.sg to update his/her particulars in the MOE School Records System. Please note that the school may require certain documents for the necessary verification.

You may write to the teacher’s email address or call the General Office and leave a message for the teacher. Parents may also make use of the Student’s Diary to communicate through handwritten notes.

Operating hours during school term:
Monday to Friday: 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Operating hours during school holiday:
