My child’s citizenship was updated recently but I am still paying the old school fee rates. Why and what should I do next?
The fees for your child will be revised within the same month if their citizenship was changed before the 15th of the month. If not, it will take effect in the following month.
However, you may still be paying the old fees until their updated citizenship is reflected in our system, which may take up to 2 months. Once our system is updated, any excess amount that you earlier paid will be used to offset the fees of following month(s).
