Should I wait to submit a complaint to the SVC instead of AVS?

The SVC is not yet accepting complaints as the disciplinary framework has yet to commence. You can still raise a complaint about a veterinarian through AVS.

To submit your complaint, please complete the form at: https://go.gov.sg/vetcomplaint.

Complaints lodged with AVS will be assessed and handled by AVS. These will not be reassessed by the SVC.
