Do I still have to submit a progress report if my supervisee completes their programme?

Updated by SPSVCO

If you are still engaging supervisees after their programme ends, you are highly encouraged to submit reports for them too.

We are interested to know if the supervisee is integrating well into the community (eg. success stories) or if there are developments in the befriending relationship that might require some accountability (eg. ex-supervisee mentioned that he might have lapsed, what should I do?)

We would love to capture your good work and hear your stories!

"If I have built a friendship with them and we hang out for coffee, must I report that too?"

Ans: Record details that are worth SPS taking note of. Besides success stories, if the ex-supervisee requests of a loan or mentions of something that may be an ethical dilemma, it would be wise to submit a progress report for accountability purposes to to safeguard yourself against potential disputes or allegations.
