I update my LCM regularly. Why do I still need to submit a progress report?

Updated by SPSVCO

Upon submission, progress reports are sent directly to the ROs/CRSes, also known as Lead Case Managers (LCMs), immediately. LCMs then file the reports into our internal system as case notes.

This process ensures that the VCO's inputs regarding a specific supervisee are formally captured in our internal system. It is important that case details are recorded through the progress report, as information may be lost in the event of a change in LCM or VCO, or due to information loss from personal devices. Submitting progress reports is an essential case management practice that ensures continuity of care and accountability in supervisee management.

During recruitment, VCOs are informed that monthly engagements with supervisees, followed by the timely submission of a progress report, are expected obligations of the role. VCOs who do not submit progress reports will not be prioritised for subsequent case assignments.
