The Volunteer Case Officer (VCO) Scheme was launched in 2023 and is run by the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) Community Corrections Command. VCOs engage and support supervisees who are undergoing community corrections and connect them to required community resources, motivating them to stay on the right path after their eventual release.

Do refer to the VCO Guidebook for a general overview of the scheme.
