What is the purpose of the progress reports?

Updated by SPSVCO

Upon submission, progress reports are sent directly to the ROs/CRSes, also known as Lead Case Managers (LCMs), immediately. LCMs then file the reports into our internal system as case notes.

Timely submission of the reports allows for tighter corroboration of information between LCMs and VCOs. This closer partnership informs the LCM if there are compliance concerns or if the VCO needs more help regarding the case.

In the longer run, the progress reports provide insights of what the VCOs experience on the ground is. It provides data which allows the evaluation and examination of how the VCO scheme can be improved along the way.

Important: As such, please key in the LCM's email address correctly into the progress report form. It is shared in the Supervisee Information sheet via email. If in doubt, do check in directly with the LCM or Connect With Us.
