Group coaching sessions for new VCOs are in place but the operational details for current VCOs are still a work in progress at the moment.

If a VCO requires coaching, they may request for mentoring here. The request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the VCO team will get in contact with you to find out more about the situation. The agenda of the coaching sessions and the total number of sessions required are based on the needs of the coachee. There will also be feedback forms involved to help us sharpen this process of coaching.
