Pre-release clothing must be handed over at the location where the inmate will be released from. This must be done between two weeks and two months before the release date, for inmates to wear on the day of release from prison.

Handover pre-release clothing during scheduled visit

Visitors can hand over a set of clothing including footwear at the specific visit registration counter during their scheduled visits.

Handover pre-release clothing without visit

Visitors who wish to hand over pre-release clothing on a non-scheduled visit day may do so by calling 1800-PRISONS at 1800-774-7667 (Local) or +65 6774-7667 (Overseas) and pressing option 2 then option 3 to make a visit booking appointment.
