I have lost my Visit Card. Can I still visit an inmate?

You may still book a visit even if you have misplaced your Visit Card. The main card holder must report the loss to any Prison Link Centres (PLC) in-person, and a replacement Visit Card with a new serial number will be issued. The lost visit card will become invalid.
