Main Card Holders (MCH) and authorised visitors can access our IPRIS online portal at www.ipris.sps.gov.sg/sps-vms3-web/#/home/index using Singpass to make visit bookings.

Please note that you can only book through our portal after the MCH has authorised your access to make visit bookings online.

If you don't have Singpass, you can still make a booking by calling our visit booking hotline at 1800-774-7667 during operating hours.

Reset Singpass account password

To apply for or reset their Singpass account, please visit the Singpass website at www.portal.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/contact-us.

Lawyers, law enforcement agencies and statutory boards can access our IPRIS online portal at www.ipris.sps.gov.sg/sps-vms3-web/#/home/index using CorpPass to make interview bookings.
