If an inmate does not qualify for Community-based Programmes (CBP), are there other programmes available?
If an inmate does not qualify for CBP, there are literacy, vocational, religious services, self-development, and reintegration programmes available during their detention/incarceration. Inmates may also be considered for work if they are assessed to be medically fit and suitable.
