Do I need to apply for Community-based Programmes (CBP) on behalf of inmate?
All inmates will be assessed on their eligibility and suitability for CBP. SPS makes a holistic assessment on their suitability for CBP, taking into consideration their latest rehabilitation progress, general conduct and reintegration plans.
Should an inmate be emplaced for CBP, they will be informed in due course hence no application is needed.
