In general, straightforward CPE applications and claims may take between 1 to 4 weeks for processing.

Reasons for a delay could be:

1. Additional information required for our review

2. Activities you have attended may not be in SPC’s accredited list

3. Applications or claims may have been rejected due to:

   • Events are of non-pharmacy related nature 

   • Events organised by pharmaceutical, non-healthcare related companies are skewed towards commercial purposes

   • Speakers and primarily audience targeted are not pharmacists
