I cannot renew my PC online and received the following message: “Note: Your register must meet all renewal criteria below.” Why?

In order to renew your PC, you are required to fulfil the CPE requirements and have no outstanding fines.

PC renewal for Pharmacists holding a 2-year PC

50 CPE points, of which at least 30% or 15 points shall be patient care points or in their registered specialty
