Purchase of the Cadastral Plan (Maps) $11.55 inclusive of GST (excluding an optional postage fee of $3.50) purchased through Integrated Land Information Services (INLIS) website. 

Non-Refundable Processing Fee $173.25 for category A uses and $48.00 for category B uses, inclusive of GST. Examples of uses under Category A are advertisement signages, worksites, storage and sales events. Examples of uses under Category B are funeral wakes, location filming, religious events and weddings. TOL Fee The amount of TOL fee payable will depend on factors such as usage, location, size of the TOL area, site condition and tenure. 

Refundable Security Deposit Ranges from $150 for a 3-month TOL fee depending on the usage, size of the TOL area and other relevant factors on a case by case basis. However, the security deposit shall be forfeited if the licensee fails to comply with any of the TOL conditions.
