There are two categories of charges to be paid, namely statutory and administrative charges:

I.  Statutory Charges   

a.            Stamp fees payable to Commissioner of Stamp Duties under the Stamp Duties Act,   

b.            GST, where applicable,   

c.            Survey fees.

II.  Administrative Charges
a.           Cost of issuance of Certificate of Title - $70.
