Follow these steps: 

1) Log on to SPIO

2) Refer to Step 1 - Choose Property Status: 

• Upcoming Launches - Properties returned to SLA for management.  They are under study and currently not available for participation.  The properties are panned to be put up for tender.    

• Available Now - Properties currently available for participation via tender.  

• Bidding Closed - A listing of the bids received for the tenders that have closed. Click on "Past Award Results" for information on Successful Bidder.  

Step 2 -  Choose Property Type(s) in the Right hand panel for your choice of Property.

 3) Click on the link to the property

To receive notifications of all our property launches, you can join our mailing list under Sign Me Up.  You can also join our mailing list by emailing sla_pty4rent@sla.gov.sg with "Mailing List" as the subject.  You can also opt out of the mass mailing service by email. As email messages sent in bulk may not reach the intended audience 100% of the time, you are encouraged to continue checking SPIO website for any updates.  Tender launches are now usually on Tuesdays.
