Yes.  For properties undergoing tender, the SPIO website and in the Tender Documents will specify a scheduled date and time for the site showround.  You are strongly encouraged to attend the showround together with your Qualified Persons (QPs) to inspect the premises.  SLA staff will also be on site to help answer enquiries.  For viewing of properties on your own outside the scheduled date and time, you can call us at 6323 9154 or arrange with the SLA staff indicated in the Tender Documents.  Please let us have a day's notice in advance so that we may schedule a suitable appointment with our security vendor for your viewing of the property.
