Updated by SLA The developer/landowner will engage the Registered Surveyor to carry out the cadastral survey for amalgamation of land.
For amalgamation of state land lots, the applicant / Registered Surveyor must obtain the Commissioner of Lands approval for the amalgamation.
For amalgamation of private land lots, the applicant / Registered Surveyor has to ensure that the lands are under the same ownership, same land tenure, (if leasehold tenure, same date of expiry of Lease) and same system of registration. He must seek the landowners approval for the amalgamation.
To subdivide the private land lot, the Registered Surveyor will prepare the proposed plan and submit it to URA for approval. Contact us
