The MySkillsFuture portal can be viewed and accessed by anyone. However, only Singapore citizens and permanent residents can log in to access its personalised services and features.
MySkillsFuture is a personal guide for skills upgrading and career planning, helping individuals make informed decisions about their career path and lifelong learning. It caters to people from all age groups and different stages of life, from primary school students to working adults.
Working adults and tertiary students can use Singpass to log in to MySkillsFuture. After logging in, they can access the full features, including claiming their SkillsFuture Credit and taking self-assessment tools.
Secondary and Pre-University students can use the portal as a guide for insights on different industries and occupations. There are also tools to help them record their experiences and achievements, so that they can plan their next step.
For Primary 5 and 6 students, the portal offers interactive games to gauge their strengths and interests. They can also learn more about secondary school and find out more about working life.
Each primary and secondary student will be issued with a student account, user ID and password by their school.
Upon logging in, they will be prompted to change their password. They will be directed to a page to answer some security questions and enter their email address. After this, they will be able to log in using their user ID and password.
