If I have submitted a claim, when will I receive the claim amount?
With effect from 19 May 2017, the default payment mode for all courses is for individuals to pay their SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) directly to the Training Providers within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive).
If you have sought SSG’s approval for reimbursement of your SFC to yourself, you will receive your claim disbursement via the PayNow account that is tagged to your NRIC. If you do not have a PayNow account tagged to your NRIC, you will receive an error message upon claim submission. Please contact your bank to set up a PayNow account before attempting to re-submit your claim. If you do not receive the amount within 30 days from the claim submission date, please contact SkillsFuture Singapore through the Service Portal.
